These Terms of Service govern your access to the Elefly Technology website, software products, APIs, mobile apps, and related digital services that link to these terms.

Elefly Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates may operate different products under the Elefly brand. If a product-specific agreement, order form, or in-app terms conflict with these website terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You may not use our services in violation of applicable laws, sanctions restrictions, or export controls.

Our Services

Elefly builds and operates AI-powered software products, including productivity tools, workflow software, and guided conversation experiences. Features differ by product and may change over time.

Some services are free, and some are paid subscriptions or one-time digital purchases. Paid terms, including price, billing period, renewal settings, and trial details, are presented at checkout or inside the relevant product.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or disable our products or infrastructure.
• No infringement of Elefly or third-party intellectual property rights.
• No use of our services to generate or distribute harmful, harassing, or prohibited content.

AI Outputs

Our products may use artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, or responses. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes purposes.

Payments, Delivery, Cancellation, and Refunds

Paid services are delivered digitally. Access is typically granted after account creation, payment confirmation, or approval under the relevant product flow.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Our billing, delivery, cancellation, and refund practices are described in the Billing, Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Elefly and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in our software, models, website content, branding, and documentation. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to our products, subject to the rights needed for us to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the services as described in our Privacy Policy and product documentation.

Service Changes and Availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue services or features at any time. We may also impose reasonable limits to protect system stability, security, or fair usage.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or error-free operation.

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the service.

Disclaimers and Liability Limits

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elefly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Governing Law

Unless a product-specific agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
